- Product prices do not include delivery or installation unless these services are properly itemized in the order or invoice. The scope of delivery and installation services may vary depending on the type of service you purchase.
- Deliveries are only made under 'normal' conditions or those agreed in the access dimensions template. The client is responsible for resolving unexpected situations such as lifting products up the façade in case the stairs are narrow, small elevators, among others.
- Offices and facilities will be scheduled according to the availability of the moment. Shipping and installation service prices include one (1) delivery transportation only per order of delivery. The installers and the carrier will wait a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes. In case there is no one at the delivery site and/or it is cancelled before delivery, the delivery must be coordinated again. The customer will bear the cost of transportation and installation of the next delivery. In case you are unable to attend the delivery of products, please call the store where you made the purchase and notify before 12:00 pm of the business day before delivery. This way you will avoid the cost of transportation. See the store for detailed costs.
- The costs and risks for packaging, transportation and insurance for shipments not carried out by Clover4 SAS are the responsibility of the client.
- Send proof of payment to experiencia@ashleycolombia.com and will be taken effective when the amount is available to our payment channels and thus meet the requirement to schedule the delivery or facilities if purchased.
- Clover4 SAS does not assume responsibility for damage that occurs in the water or electrical pipe or other installations that are attached to the wall or floor and whose existence has not been informed by the customer in writing to Clover4 SAS prior to carrying out the installation. In this way, Clover4 is not responsible for the costs and damages that may be caused in this event.
- Once the customer is informed that the furniture and/or accessories are ready to be dispatched, the customer has a term of ten (2) days to receive the merchandise. If after this period of time the customer does not receive the furniture and/or accessories, the customer will incur an additional cost of three percent (5%) per month of the total sale price of the furniture and/or accessories as a storage surcharge and proportional according to the number of days in which the customer does not coordinate the shipment. This surcharge will have to be paid by the customer before shipping the products. If the storage of the furniture and/or accessories is carried out in a warehouse outside Clover4 S.A.S., the client must assume the corresponding storage costs and in any case should be responsible for this value since the corporate purpose of Clover4 S.A.S. it does not consist of providing storage or deposit services to customers of the products it sells, which constitutes a substantially different contract from the purchase contract. If the customer takes more than fifteen (15) days to coordinate the delivery, the furniture and/or accessories may be released for sale, and the customer will be left with a bonus for the amount paid in the order minus the cost of storage during the time that the furniture and/or accessories were reserved, as well as the value of the 'restocking fee'.
- If the customer decides to cancel his order in whole or in part, Clover4 S.A.S. will charge the customer as damages 50% of the value of the furniture and/or accessories subject to cancellation.
- The customer acknowledges and accepts that after receiving the furniture and/or accessories to their satisfaction, no returns will be received. In any case, if the customer decides to return the furniture and/or accessories after being received to their satisfaction, Clover4 S.A.S will charge the customer as damages 50% of the total value of the furniture and/or accessories returned as long as the furniture and/or accessories are without any deterioration and/or damage.
- Clover4 S.A.S estimates to deliver the furniture and/or accessories within the times stipulated on the back of this sheet, however the client knows and accepts that as it is the sale of imported and exclusive furniture and/or accessories, it is possible that any of the following events may occur that are listed below and that are beyond the control of Clover4 S.A.Sa) The furniture and/or furniture and/or accessories requested by the buyer may be discontinued in the country that produces them or where they are exported. In this single event, the customer may choose at his discretion other furniture and/or accessories or cancel the order and in the event that he has made any payment to his order, Clover4 S.A.S will refund the customer this sum of money. b) The production of furniture and/or accessories ordered by the buyer is stopped in the country that produces it, In this case, the customer agrees to wait until the production of furniture and/or accessories is resumed in the country that produces it and once production is resumed, Clover4 S.A.S will inform the buyer. c) In the event that customs temporarily does not allow the entry of furniture and/or accessories by Clover4 S.A.S. to Colombian territory or for any circumstance prevent the imported furniture and/or accessories from arriving in the country on the established day, both Clover4 S.A.S and the client, because it is a decision of an authority, know and accept that they must wait for the Customs Authorities to allow the entry of the furniture and/or accessories into Colombian territory. The customer will have the option of cancelling the order knowing that he must recognize and pay Clover4 S.A.S as damages 50% of the value of the sale at the time of cancellation.
- The furniture and/or accessories purchased by the customer with a discount cannot be returned or exchanged; since when acquiring them, the buyer knows that the furniture and/or accessories may have possible deterioration and/or defects.
- Clover4 SAS offers a two (2) year warranty on all of its products in the event of production defects or defects in materials. In these cases a warranty, Clover4 SAS at its discretion will make a partial or total repair or replacement. Damage caused by accidents, negligence due to irregular use or failure to follow the assembly instructions and the guide for the care of the products will not be subject to claims.

- The client authorizes the sending of communications by the brand, including news, information on marketing campaigns and/or invitations to events that may be of interest to them. This communication will be sent to the email and you can be contacted through any other means provided at the time of purchase.
In all matters not expressly provided for in the commercial conditions stipulated above by Clover4 S.A.S. , are established in accordance with the rules of the Commercial Code that regulate the purchase and sale articles 905 to 967 and taking into account the corporate purpose of Clover4 S.A.S. .
